摘要
中医饮食护理是中医养生学的重要分支,与人类健康息息相关。中医饮食护理是在中医理论指导下,研究食物的性能,根据食物的性味归经及其功能作用,合理地调配膳食,从而保健强身、防老抗衰的方法。中医饮食护理经过长期的实践与发展,逐渐形成其独特的理论体系,并有效地指导着人们的生活实践。
Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)diet nursing is an important branch of TCM health preservation,which is closely related to human health.TCM diet nursing is a method to study the performance of food under the guidance of TCM theory,and reasonably allocate meals according to the nature,taste,meridian and function of food,so as to maintain health and strengthen the body,prevent aging and fight aging.On the basis of thousands of years of prac⁃tice,TCM diet nursing has gradually formed its unique theoretical system and effectively guided people's life practice.
