Training and practice for specialist breast nurses in the center for breast diseases

乳腺癌是女性常见恶性肿瘤之一,近年来,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重影响女性健康。本文从国内外乳腺专科护士起源、发展现状等出发,阐述目前乳腺专科护士的培养研究进展,着重对乳腺专科护士的重要性、乳腺专科护士的作用以及如何培养乳腺专科护士等几个方面简要分析和总结,以期为国内建设乳腺专科护士的培养体系提供参考。

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer and the most common cause of cancer-related mortality among women worldwide.The incidence of breast cancer has been in⁃creasing over the past decades around the world.This paper reviewed the studies about origins and development of training and practice for specialist breast nurses.A brief analysis and summary about importance,role and training methods were given in the paper,in order to provide reference for establishment of training system for specialist breast nurses in China.
