耳针治疗中风后遗症的理论学说及研究现状

A brief discussion on the theory and research status of auricular acupuncture in treating apoplexy sequelae

中风后患者易出现偏瘫、失语、失眠、抑郁、便秘等后遗症,严重影响生存质量。耳针作为中医传统外治法,具有取材容易、便于操作、患者痛苦小、安全、有效、易接受等优势,在治疗中风后遗症方面有着显著的效果。本文对耳针疗法治疗中风后遗症的相关文献进行归纳总结,从耳针的起源、应用、研究等进行综述,以期为耳针疗法在中风后遗症中的进一步规范治疗提供参考。

After stroke,patients are prone to suffer hemiplegia,aphasia,insomnia,depres⁃sion,constipation and other sequelae,reducing the quality of life of patients.As a traditional ex⁃ternal treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine,auricular acupuncture has the advantages of easy access to materials,easy operation,little pain,safety,effective and easy to accept,and has been gradually applied in the treatment of apoplexy sequelae.The paper summarized the related literature of auricular acupuncture therapy in the treatment of apoplexy sequelae in recent years,and summarized the origin,application and research of ear acupuncture,so as to provide refer⁃ence for auricular acupuncture therapy in the treatment of apoplexy sequelae and provide a basis for auricular acupuncture therapy research.
