石漠化片区农村居民收入增长的时空演变及影响因素研究——来自滇桂黔石漠化片区91个县(市、区)的数据分析

Study on the Spatiotemporal Evolution and Influencing Factors of Rural Residents’Income Growth in Rocky Desertification Area——Data analysis of 91 counties in the Yunnan-Guangxi-Guizhou rocky desertification area

分析滇桂黔石漠化片区农村居民收入增长的影响因素对区域经济增长方式转变、农村居民收入增加以及乡村振兴战略的实施,具有重要的参考价值。基于该区域91个县(市、区)8年的面板数据,运用空间计量模型实证分析了农村居民收入增长的时空演变特征及其影响因素。发现农村居民收入增长具有较强的空间相关特征;社会经济发展、投资水平以及市场规模对其收入增长存在显著的正向效应;农业比重以及工业生产对收入存在一定的负面影响。因此,当前应加强农村产业结构优化,发挥非农产业对农民增收的带动作用,继续增加政府的对农支出,扩大农村投资规模,并加快完善城乡统一的商品交易市场,促进农村居民收入持续增长。

The analysis of the influencing factors of rural residents’income growth in the Yunnan-Guangxi-Guizhou rocky desertification area has important reference value for the transformation of regional economic growth mode,the increase of rural residents’income and the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on the panel data of 8 years of 91 counties(cities or districts)in this area,this paper has made an empirical analysis of the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of rural residents’income growth with a spatial econometric model,finding that there is a strong correlation between their income growth and space:there is an obvious positive effect on the income growth from the socio-economic development,investment level and market size,while a negative effect lies in the proportion of agriculture and industrial production.Therefore,to bring about a continuous growth in rural residents’income,this paper proposes the optimization of rural industrial structure,the encouragement of non-agricultural industries to lead rural income growth,continuous government financial expenditures on agriculture,the promotion in the scale of rural investment and the speeding establishment of a unified urban and rural commodity trading market.
