The Reform and Innovation of“Situation and Policy”Course in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Situation

新形势下高职院校“形势与政策”课存在思想重视不够、教师配备不专业、教材编写不统一、教学管理不规范、教学模式不灵活等问题。针对新形势下高职院校“形势与政策”教育的主要特点和存在的问题,高职院校应对“形势与政策”课进行改革创新,要思想上高度重视,建立健全保障机制;稳定教师队伍,充分发挥教师团队的专业优势;加强教材建设,做到固定性与灵活性的结合;加强教学管理,规范课程教学;创新教学方式,增强教学鲜活性;建立课程实践基地,提高实践教学效果。

In the new situation,various problems exist in the“Situation and Policy”course of higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient priority,lack of professional teaching staff,no persistent teaching materials,non-standard teaching management and rigid teaching mode.In view of the main characteristics and existing problems of this course in the new situation,a reform and innovation for this course in higher vocational colleges is necessary.Accordingly,this paper proposes the following measures:attach great importance ideologically to establish a sound guarantee mechanism;stabilize the teaching team and give full play to their professional advantage;strengthen the construction of teaching materials to make them persistent and flexible;strengthen teaching management and standardize the teaching process;innovate the teaching method to make it vivid;establish the course practice bases to improve the practice teaching effect.
