摘要
以互联网科技为基础的新零工经济已经深刻影响了平台企业对零工的用工模式,随着许多社会用工事件的爆出,传统人力资源管理已无法匹配零工经济业态。本文基于生态系统理论,通过多案例比较研究,选取三家具有代表性的案例企业用工模式,从任务层面、管理层面两个维度进行比较分析,设计出平台企业零工用工模式的用工生态系统模型框架,并提出优化用工模式的建议。
The new gig economy based on Internet technology has deeply affected the employment model of platform companies for gig workers.With the explosion of various social employment incidents,traditional human resource management cannot adapt to the gig economy format.Based on the ecosystem theory,this paper selects three representative enterprise employment models through multi-case comparison research,compares and analyzes them from the task level and the management level,designs the employment ecosystem model framework of the platform-based enterprise gig employment mode,and put forward suggestions for optimizing the employment mode.
