在“后巴黎时代”,国际气候能源治理呈现出新态势:全球气候危机共识下国际气候安全治理诉求上升,全球气候能源治理联动密切但绿色复苏之路艰难,碳中和背景下各国通过清洁创新推动净零排放的趋势加强。基于此,作为全球生态文明理念传播与实践行动的中流砥柱,中国在稳步推进国内双碳目标的同时提供更多绿色行动国际方案,推动全球生态治理共同体建设与大国协调,将全球生态文明理念全面嵌入绿色“一带一路”建设。

In the Post-Paris era,the international climate and energy governance is showing new trends:demands for international climate security governance are growing with the consensus on global climate crisis;global climate and energy governance is closely interconnected,but the road to green recovery is difficult;and countries are promoting net-zero emissions through clean innovation in the context of carbon neutral.Therefore,as a mainstay of the global ecological civilization dissemination and practice,China is providing more plans for international green action while steadily advances the domestic carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals;promoting the construction of a global ecological governance community by coordinating with major powers;and integrating the concept of global ecological civilization into the practice of the green Belt and Road Initiative.
