一种内置式高速电磁铁设计开发(下)

摘要 基于某高功率密度柴油机共轨喷射器对电磁铁布置空间及性能需求,开展内置式电磁铁设计开发。通过关键材料选型,磁感强度、吸力及动态响应仿真计算,完成电磁铁方案设计。针对关键结构设计,试制了不同方案的零件,对比分析其性能影响。通过性能测试台,实测样件电参数、静态吸力及动态响应等性能参数。结果表明:外径22 mm电磁铁采用18HR、16MnCrS磁性材料,满足喷射器总成布置要求和性能需求,其吸力不小于135 N,响应不大于160μs,计算数值与实测数值偏差不大于±5%。 The built-in electromagnet was developed, based on layout space and performance of common rail injector in a high power density(HPD) engine. Through key material selection and simulation calculation, the scheme design was completed. For the key structure design comparison, multi-scheme was trail-produced. The electrical parameter, static and dynamic performances were tested. The tested results show that the design of the magnet is satisfied for injector assembles layout and performance requirements. The static suction is bigger than 135 N and the dynamic response is less than 160 μs in the case of 22 mm diameters. The difference between calculated results and tested results is less than ±5%.
