摘要
轨压控制是共轨系统控制的核心,可以保证燃油系统稳定工作。针对某重型发动机共轨系统轨压异常波动的问题,提出降低目标轨压随转速变化率、提高前馈精度、优化轨压消尖峰功能、降低比例系数增加积分系数的优化标定策略,并完成了验证试验,极大地降低了轨压异常波动风险。
Rail pressure control is the core of common rail system control, this work ensures stable operation of common rail system. It aims at the problem of abnormal fluctuation of rail pressure in a heavy duty engine common rail system, propose to reduce the change rate of target rail pressure with speed, improve feed forward accuracy, optimize rail pressure peak elimination function. An optimal calibration strategy for decreasing proportional coefficient and increasing integral coefficient, and completed the verification test, greatly reduces the risk of abnormal rail pressure fluctuation.
