共轨系统供油泵性能合格与否是其能否正常运行的关键,共轨系统供油泵的性能参数主要包括压力、流量、不均匀度等。在试验检测过程中,压力的调节贯彻始终,因此共轨系统供油泵性能试验台关键在于压力的控制,对参与压力控制的高压调节阀进行了研究、试验,同时制定了阀座锥面涂层的返修工艺方法,取得了很好的试验效果。

In actual production, the high pressure regulating valve involved in pressure control has been studied and tested. In order to develop the valve seat cone surface coating repair process method, excellent experimental results have been achieved.
