“互联网+”时代的教师混合式教学胜任力框架构建及指标体系研究——基于回溯定性建模法 被引量:4

摘要 “互联网+”教育背景下,混合式教学将成为未来教育教学的新常态,混合式教学作为新的教育教学范式,对教师的教学胜任力提出了新要求,评价教师的混合式教学胜任力也成为亟待解决的难题。基于回溯定性建模法,挖掘教师混合式教学中的困难与需求,自下而上地构建了混合式教学胜任力评价指标体系,应用经典统计检验和Rasch模型对指标体系进行修订和试用,最后基于分析结果对指标体系的构建方法和结果进行了反思,以期为有效诊断和精准提升教师混合式教学胜任力水平提供科学的测评依据和循证基础。 Under the background of“Internet+education”,blended teaching is about to become the new normal of education and teaching in the future.As a new education and teaching paradigm,blended teaching puts forward new requirements for teachers’teaching competency,and evaluating teachers’blended teaching competency has also become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the retrodictive qualitative modelling method,this study excavates the difficulties and needs in teachers’blended teaching,constructs the blended teaching competency evaluation index system from bottom to top,revises and tries the index system by using classical statistical test and Rasch model,and finally analyzes the rationality of the index system and the development of teachers’blended teaching competency based on the analysis results.Finally,,it reflects on the construction methods and results of the indicator system based on the analysis results.In order to provide a scientific evaluation basis and evidence-based basis for effective diagnosis and accurate improvement of teachers’blended teaching competency.
