摘要 近年来食品安全问题层出不穷,虽然国家出台了一系列政策不断规范完善,但是由于对农产品安全的监管形式过于单一,导致“毒韭菜”、“毒生姜”等农产品质量安全事件依然存在。2020年中央发文要求进一步规范农产品质量监管制度,逐步建立健全农产品追溯体系,运用区块链技术赋能农产品流通,进一步加大管理力度,健全管理体系,对农业的长远发展有重要意义。本文在分析农产品流通应用的基础上,对区块链技术赋能农产品流通进行研究,分析通过区块链在农业中的应用,在供应链各个节点发挥的效能,既可以保证食品安全又可以完善监管漏洞,还可以实现全过程可溯源,从而提高农产品流通效率,助力乡村振兴。 At present,China's economic development is advancing by leaps and bounds,people's living standards are constantly improving,and the requirements for food quality are also increasing.In recent years,food safety problems have emerged one after another.Although the state has issued a series of policies to continuously standardize and improve the safety of agricultural products,the supervision of agricultural product safety is too simple,resulting in"poisonous leeks","poisoned ginger"and other agricultural product quality and safety incidents still exist.In 2020,the central government issued a document requesting to further standardize the agricultural product quality supervision system,gradually establish and improve the agricultural product traceability system,use blockchain technology to enable the circulation of agricultural products,further strengthen management efforts,and improve the management system,which is of great significance to the long-term development of agriculture.Blockchain technology has solved many practical difficulties in the circulation of agricultural products.Based on the analysis of the application of agricultural product circulation,this paper studies the application of blockchain technology to the circulation of agricultural products,and analyzes the application of blockchain in agriculture,in each node of the supply chain.The effectiveness of the system can not only ensure food safety,but also improve the supervision loopholes,and also realize the traceability of the whole process,thereby improving the circulation efficiency of agricultural products and helping rural revitalization.
