某大跨高墩现浇支架预压方案比选及施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 公路桥梁现浇结构进行支架预压是为了检验临时结构的安全性及满足规范要求,确保施工安全。该类工程往往工期较紧,本文通过某大跨高墩连续梁0#块与挂篮预压选用了不同类型的荷载施加方式,并比选和介绍了具体的支架预压的方案与施工技术,在满足设计和规范各种工况及要求的前提下,缩短工期,节约了成本,值得为类似项目借鉴应用。 The support preloading of cast-in-situ structures of highway bridges is to inspect the safety of temporary structures and meet the requirements of specifications to ensure construction safety.This kind of project often has a tight construction period.This paper selects different types of load application methods through preloading of 0#block and hanging basket of a long-span high pier continuous beam,and compares and introduces the specific support preloading scheme and construction technology.Under the premise of meeting various working conditions and requirements of the design and specification,the construction period is shortened and the cost is saved,which is worthy of reference for similar projects.
