摘要
为应对国内应用BIM技术进行工程项目施工管理出现的风险问题,通过文献计量识别了施工企业应用BIM的风险因素,综合考量系统关联性及灰色不确定性,构建了基于Gray-AHP的风险评价模型,并采用德尔菲法进行专家问卷调查,对施工企业应用BIM风险因素进行系统评价,并通过案例应用验证评价模型的有效性,进而得出风险控制对策。
In order to deal with the risk problems arising from the application of BIM technology in the construction management of engineering projects in China,the risk factors of BIM application in construction enterprises are identified through literature metrology,and the risk evaluation model based on Gray-AHP is constructed by comprehensively considering the system relevance and gray uncertainty.The Delphi method is used to conduct expert questionnaire survey,and the risk factors of BIM application in construction enterprises are systematically evaluated,The effectiveness of the evaluation model is verified through case application,and then the risk control countermeasures are obtained.
