腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术在复发性腹股沟疝中的临床应用分析

Clinical application analysis of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair in recurrent inguinal hernia

探讨腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术(transabdominal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy,TAPP)对比开放无张力疝修补术在复发性腹股沟疝中的临床疗效,通过回顾分析阜阳市第六人民医院收治的60例复发疝患者的临床资料,分组进行TAPP及开放性无张力疝修补术,对比两组患者在性别、年龄、手术时间、出血量、疼痛程度、住院时长等临床资料的统计学差异,凸显出TAPP在治疗腹股沟复发疝中疗效的可靠性及临床可推广性等相关优点。

To investigate the clinical efficacy of transabdominal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy versus open tension-free hernia repair in recurrent inguinal hernia,the clinical data of 60 patients with recurrent hernia admitted to Fuyang Sixth People,s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.TAPP and open tension-free hernia repair were performed in two groups.The statistical differences in clinical data such as gender,age,operation time,blood loss,degree of pain,length of hospitalization were compared between the two groups,highlighting the reliability of TAPP in the treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia and its clinical scalability.
