本文以一个电子交易平台和一个产品供应商组成的二级供应链为研究对象,以电子交易平台的二手市场策略为研究主题,电子交易平台在运营过程中考虑是否应用区块链技术,在此背景下构建了区块链技术的应用和二手市场的开辟四种情境下的博弈模型。通过比较四种情形下的产品需求量、电子交易平台和产品供应商的利润,探讨在考虑区块链技术时电商供应链的二手市场策略问题。研究发现:对于产品供应商而言,开辟二手市场会降低其利润,而对于电子交易平台来说,开辟二手市场会增加其利润。电子交易平台更愿意选择开辟二手市场但不应用区块链技术,对于产品供应商,电子交易平台不开辟二手市场但应用区块链技术的策略更有利,从供应链整体出发,电子交易平台开辟二手市场但不应用区块链技术更有利。

This research considers a secondary supply chain consisting of an e-trading platform and a product supplier,and investigates the secondary market strategy of the e-trading platform.The e-trading platform considers whether to apply blockchain technology in the operation process,and in this context,the game model under four scenarios of the application of blockchain technology and the opening of the secondary market is constructed.By comparing the demand for products,the profits of e-trading platform and product supplier in the four models,the research explores the secondary market strategy of e-commerce supply chain when considering blockchain technology.The e-trading platform prefers to open a secondary market but not to apply blockchain technology.For product suppliers,the e-trading platform’s strategy of not opening a secondary market but applying blockchain technology is more beneficial,and for the supply chain as a whole,it is more beneficial for the e-trading platform to open a secondary market but not to apply blockchain technology.
