新时代老年体育服务社会支持体系框架构建研究

Connotation and classification framework of social support system for the elderly sports service in China

通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对我国老年体育服务社会支持体系进行研究,认为我国老年体育服务社会支持体系是指由政府、社会组织或者个人通过正式和非正式的方式,为老年人体育服务提供社会支持,按照一定的秩序和联系形成的整体。相关责任主体涵盖了政府、社区、体育非营利组织、社会工作者、志愿服务队伍。主要包括正式社会支持体系、非正式社会支持体系、专业性社会支持体系和社区支持体系。未来应尽快通过理念变革,引导相关政策的制定,在充分发挥政府主导作用的基础上,构建出具有中国特色的老年体育服务社会支持体系,通过多元协作,实现我国老年体育服务的有效供给。

This paper studies the Social Support System of sports service for the aged in China by means of Literature Review and logical analysis.It considers that the social support system of sports service for the elderly in China refers to the social support provided by the government,social organizations or individuals through formal and informal means for sports service for the elderly,a whole formed in a certain order and connection.The responsible parties include the government,the Community,the nonprofit organization,social workers,and the Volunteer Corps.It mainly includes formal social support system,informal social support system,professional social support system and community support system.In the future,the public should,as soon as possible,guide the formulation of relevant policies through ideological changes.On the basis of giving full play to the lead-ing role of the government,a social support system should be constructed for the elderly sports service with Chinese characteristics to realize the effective supply of sports service for the aged in China through multi-dimensional cooperation.
