基于FMS的功能性训练促进大学生运动能力的实验研究 被引量:1

Experiment study on improving university students’athletic ability based on FMS functional training

摘要 本研究选取普通高校大学生为实验对象(分为实验班和对照班),实验班采用身体功能性训练方法,对照班以传统运动训练为主要手段,经过16周教学实验,检验实验对象FMS成绩及运动能力水平,研究发现:实验对象在功能性动作筛查的指标测试成绩中均得到提升,但实验班在诸多项目中提升幅度均明显高于对照班;实验班与对照班在身体运动能力的各项指标测试成绩中也均得到提升,其中在50米跑、坐位体前屈、立定跳远、30米绕杆跑、前掷实心球和单腿闭眼站立这六项身体运动能力指标中实验班的成绩明显优于对照班。结论:身体功能训练在促进普通高校大学生身体素质、提升身体运动能力具有良好的效果,同时在预防学生运动损伤方面具有积极的作用。 The study adopts the University students as the experiment object(experiment class and contrast class).The experiment class adopts functional training as the training method while the contrast class adopts traditional physical teaching method as the main training way.After 16 weeks experiment,we calculate the athletic ability level and functional action result of two different classes.The study shows that in the functional action screen,all the students’scores are raised,but the experiment class raised greatly than the contrast class;all the students’athletic ability indexes are raised,but in the following six body quality indexes as 50m race,sit-and-reach,standing long jump,30m run around the pole,forward throw solid ball and one leg standing with eyes closed,the scores of experiment class are much higher than the contrast class.It concludes that functional training has a good result in improving university students’body quality,raising body athletic ability and playing an active role in preventing athletic injuries.
