明晰高校体育课程思政建设的育人诉求是践行全员、全过程、全方位育人向度,稳步提升人才培养质量的重要基础。对高校体育课程思政建设的育人诉求进行阐释与解析,认为协同“高校—学院—专业—教师”多方力量,寓价值塑造、知识传授、能力培养于课程教学、运动训练、学术研讨、赛事组织等育人渠道中,符合现阶段推进“大思政课”建设的改革指南,有助于筑牢高校体育课程思政建设“主阵地”,畅通全过程育人“主渠道”。通过完善制度体系、整合教学案例、拓展场地设施、完善督评机制,革新体育课程教学要素,有助于为深化推动高校体育课程思政建设创设更好的育人环境,助推其稳步提升人才培养质量。

It is an important foundation for practicing all-round education and steadily improving the quality of talent cultivation to clarify the educational demands of the ideological construction of the university sports courses. The paper explains and analyzes the cultivation aspirations of the construction of college physical education courses, and believe that it is necessary to integrate the forces of “college, university, major and teachers”, and include value shaping, knowledge transfer and ability cultivation in the teaching, sports training, academic seminars and event organization. It is in line with the reform guideline of promoting the construction of “big ideological course” at the present stage, which can help to build up the “main position” of the university sports ideological courses and open up the “main channel” of educating in the whole process. By improving the institutional system, integrating teaching cases, expanding venues and facilities, and improving supervision and evaluation mechanism, the reformed elements of physical education courses can help create a better nurturing environment for deepening and promoting the construction of physical education courses in colleges and universities, and help them steadily improve the quality of talent cultivation.
