Experience and Insights on Dual Career Security for Athletes in Developed Countries

运用案例分析法等,梳理澳大利亚、德国、英国等竞技体育强国开展运动员“双重职业”保障工作中的具体内容,从中提炼三国的共性经验:以符合国情的政策保障为着力点,提升保障工作统筹性;以多元协同的主体保障为支撑点,提高保障工作全面性;以规范翔实的教育保障为落脚点,促进运动员全面发展。基于澳德英三国的域外经验,启示我国应依据各地实情,制定运动员保障政策;秉持育人理念,完善运动员保障举措;联动多元主体,共筑运动员保障体系。

Using the case study method, the paper combed through the specific contents of “dual career” protection for athletes in Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom and other competitive sports power, and extracted the common experiences of the three countries, such as to improve the coordination of protection work by focusing on policy protection in line with national conditions, to improve the support of protection work by multiple and coordinated main bodies, to promote the comprehensive development of athletes by taking the standardized and detailed education guarantee. Based on the overseas experience of Australia, Germany and Britain, it is revealed that China should formulate athlete protection policies according to the local situation, improve athlete protection measures by adhering to education, and build an athlete protection system by linking multiple subjects.
