黑龙江省数字经济政策研究——基于河南、安徽、湖南、湖北的比较分析

Research on digital economy policy of heilongjiang province——Comparative analysisbased on Henan, Anhui, Hunan and Hubei

数字龙江建设,离不开良好的数字经济政策的配套保障和有力支撑。数字经济政策的出台和实施是把握数字化转型战略机遇,获得经济增长新动力的重要举措。本文通过对黑龙江、河南、安徽、湖南、湖北5省数字经济规模以及政策的比较,分析黑龙江省在农业、制造业、服务业数字化转型中的短板,并结合黑龙江省特点提出改善数字经济政策的相关建议。

The construction of digital Longjiang is inseparable from the supporting guarantee and strong support of good digital economy policies. The introduction and implementation of digital economy policies is an important measure to seize the strategic opportunities of digital transformation and gain new impetus for economic growth. This paper compares the scale and policies of the digital economy in Heilongjiang, Henan,Anhui, Hunan and Hubei provinces. Analyze the shortcomings of Heilongjiang Province in the digital transformation of agriculture, manufacturing and service industries. Combined with the characteristics of Heilongjiang Province, relevant suggestions for improving the policy of digital economy are proposed.
