摘要
采用问卷调查、数理统计等方法,分析我国城镇居民网络体育消费行为的影响因素。结果表明,城镇居民对网络体育消费的满意度不高;城镇居民网络体育消费行为主要受环境因子和个人因子的影响。基于此提出相应的建议:改善网络体育消费环境,完善售后服务,提高居民对网络体育消费的满意度;构建安全放心便捷的网络消费环境,保护网络体育消费者的权益;提高城镇居民收入和完善社会保障制度,提高居民网络体育消费意愿和消费水平。
By means of questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other ways,investigate and study the influence factors of urban residents’ online sports consumption.The results show that urban residents’ satisfaction with online sports consumption is not high;urban residents’ online sports consumption behavior is mainly affected by environmental factors and personal factors.Based on this, the paper puts forward suggestions:Improve online sports consumption environment,perfect after-sales service, improve residents’ satisfaction with online sports consumption;Build a safe and convenient online consumption environment to protect the rights and interests of online sports consumers;Increase the income of urban residents,improve the social security system, and improve the willingness and level of residents’ online sports consumption.
