摘要 目的在显现潜指印形态的同时,催化识别其中的物质信息。方法协同纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)的超顺磁性和纳米酶催化特性,运用“抖显+喷显”的方法,结合咖啡环效应,进一步设计并运用HSV、RGB和灰度相关程序,对变色前后指印图像进行数据化、量化分析表达。结果“抖显+喷显”适用于不同客体上潜指印中物质的识别,HSV和灰度更适合定性和半定量分析。结论利用材料的多功能性并与计算机结合可从潜指印中挖掘出更多的信息。 An approach to reveal the morphology of latent fingerprints and catalytically identify their substance information was developed.The“Dithering+Spraying”method was applied in conjunction with the Fe3O4nanoparticles,which exhibited superparamagnetic properties and catalytic activity of nanozyme.Combining the coffee ring effect,HSV,RGB and grayscale correlation programs were further designed to digitally express and quantitatively analyze the color changes of fingerprint images.The results showed that the“Dithering+Spraying”method was applicable to the identification of substances in latent fingerprints on a variety of objects,and HSV and grayscale were more suitable for qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of the substances.The multi-functionality of the materials and the combination with computer technique can extract more information from latent fingerprints.
