摘要
铁死亡(ferroptosis)是一种铁依赖性的非凋亡的调节性细胞死亡(regulated cell death,RCD)方式,其特点是细胞内脂质过氧化产物和活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)堆积。麻醉手术后患者因中枢神经系统损伤出现认知功能障碍的具体机制仍然不清。近些年,铁死亡在术后认知功能障碍(postoperative cognitive dysfunction,POCD)的发病机制中备受关注,且与神经炎症、线粒体能量代谢、自噬等致病机理密切相关。本文就铁死亡的生物学特征和功能以及在POCD研究中的进展进行综述,以期为预防和治疗该类神经系统疾病提供最新的有价值的信息。
Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent non-apoptotic regulated cell death(RCD)mode,which is characterized by the accumulation of intracellular lipid peroxidation products and reactive oxygen species(ROS).In recent years,ferroptosis has attracted much attention in the pathogenic mechanism of postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD),and is closely related to neuroinflammation,mitochondrial energy metabolism,autophagy and other pathogenic mechanisms.Herein,the biological characteristics and functions of ferroptosis and its progress in POCD research are reviewed,hoping to provide the latest valuable information for prevention and treatment of the neurological disease.
