职业教育产教融合共同体中利益相关者话语权的逻辑、困境与进路 被引量:32

摘要 产教融合是职业教育作为类型教育高质量发展的突破口。基于布迪厄的场域理论,对产教融合共同体中利益相关者话语权的生成逻辑进行探讨。在现实境遇下,政府具有政策制定的话语主导权、企业具有政策执行的话语参与权、职业院校具有政策实践的话语建议权。为促进利益主体实现平等的话语表达,立足产教融合共同体的构建,明晰利益相关者的话语诉求,以制度共建搭建共享的话语平台,以利益共享推动平等对话交流,以文化共融营造理性交往环境,引导异质主体进行理性交往。 The integration of industry and education is the breakthrough of the high-quality development of vocational education. Based on Bourdieu’s field theory, this paper discusses the logic of the generation of stakeholders’ discourse power in the integration of industry and education. In reality, the government has the discourse dominance of policy formulation, enterprises have the discourse participation right of policy implementation, and vocational colleges have the discourse suggestion right of policy practice. In order to promote the equal discourse expression of stakeholders, this paper is based on the construction of the integration community of industry and education, clarifies the discourse demands of stakeholders, builds a platform for discourse sharing through system co-construction, promotes equal dialogue and exchange through benefit sharing, creates an interactive communication environment through cultural integration, and guides heterogeneous subjects to conduct rational communication.
