博物馆类建筑地下空间场所精神评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of Place Spirit of Underground Space in Museum Architecture

随着我国城市化的进程加剧,城市人口逐渐增加,造成不同程度的用地紧张和交通拥挤,使得城市发展遇到了很大的压力,地下空间的开发显得尤为重要,各种功能的地下场所不断出现。但是,地下建筑的空间使用感受和人的心理活动与在地上截然不同。基于以人为本的原则,开展地下空间场所精神的研究则成为我们所关注的重点。以南京博物院为研究对象,提取并整合了场所精神中各要素,对其场所精神进行问卷调查采集数据,应用探索因子提炼场所精神维度,分析场所精神重要性和满意度的感知特征,最后运用重要性绩效分析法对其进行定量评价研究,并给出了相应的设计对策和建议。

As the process of urbanization in our country intensifies, the urban population is gradually increasing, resulting in varying degrees of land use tension and traffic congestion, making urban development encounter great pressure. The development of underground space is particularly important, and underground places with various functions appear constantly. However, the space use feeling and people’s psychological activities of underground buildings are quite different from those above the ground. Therefore, based on the people-oriented principle, the research on the spirit of underground space becomes the focus of our attention. This paper takes Nanjing Museum as the research object, extracts and integrates the elements of place spirit, conducts a questionnaire survey on its place spirit, collects data, refines the dimension of place spirit by using exploratory factors, analyzes the perceived characteristics of the importance and satisfaction of place spirit, finally the paper uses IPA method to evaluate it quantitatively, and gives the corresponding design countermeasures and suggestions.
