摘要
在不同场合中,中国政府多次提出2060年实现碳中和的目标,这对中国土地空间格局中生态空间的划分具有重要的指导意义。秦岭被誉为我国的“中央空调”及“中央水塔”,是我国实现碳中和目标的主要支柱力量。本文以碳排放模型为基础,以洋县为例,构建碳中和的实施路径和可能情景,并依此对我国秦岭地区生态空间的优化、生态空间分区管控进行研究,以方便规划制定者与决策者对生态空间的保护和修复进行识别和分类管理,有效指导、完善生态空间范围划定流程。
On different occasions, the Chinese government has repeatedly proposed the goal of “achieving carbon neutralization by 2060”, which has important guiding significance for the division of ecological space in China’s land spatial pattern. Qinling Mountain is known as China’s “central air conditioner” and “central water tower”, which plays an important role in realizing China’s carbon neutralization goal. Based on the carbon emission model, this paper constructs the implementation path and possible scenario of carbon neutralization, and studies the optimization of ecological space and the zoning management and control of ecological space in Qinling region, so as to facilitate the identification and classified management of the ecological space by the planners and decisionmakers for the protection and restoration of the ecological space, and to effectively guide the improvement of the delineation process of ecological spaces.
