新时代国土空间规划背景下城郊融合型村庄规划探讨——以鹤壁市矩桥镇郑常村村庄规划为例

Discussion on the Planning of Urban and Suburban Integrated Villages Under the Background of Land and Space Planning in the New Era: A Case of the Village Planning of Zhengchang Village in Juqiao Town, Hebi City

随着我国全面建成小康社会,新时代国土空间规划体系中的村庄规划也变得更加重要。通过严格控制“三区三线”等规划原则来控制村庄规划的编制,使得村庄规划的编制与建设更加规范。但村庄规划不能千篇一律,规划从业者在严守底线思维的同时需要根据村庄类型及村民诉求,对村庄进行有针对性的规划。本文将以城郊融合型村庄鹤壁市矩桥镇郑常村村庄规划为例,探讨新时代国土空间规划背景下村庄规划的编制内容,主要从土地利用、居住环境、建筑改造、田园生态、产业发展等方面切入。

As our country has built a well-off society in an all-round way, village planning in the land and space planning system in the new era has also become more important. Controlling the preparation of village planning through strict control of planning principles such as “three districts and three lines” makes the preparation and construction of village planning more standardized. However, village planning cannot be the same. The planning practitioners need to plan the village in a targeted manner according to the type of the village and the demands of the villagers while strictly observing the bottom line thinking. Taking the village planning of Zhengchang Village in Juqiao Town, Hebi City as an example, this paper discusses the compilation content of village planning under the background of territorial space planning in the new era mainly from the aspects of land use, residential environment, architectural transformation,pastoral ecology, industrial development, and so on.
