兼备城市与自然体验的德国可持续住区设计——以弗莱堡市里瑟菲尔德项目为例

Sustainable Residential Design in Germany with Both Urban and Natural Experience: A Case of Rieselfeld Project in Freiburg

本文基于现代质量管理理论视角,以德国当代大型城市住区的典型代表弗莱堡市里瑟菲尔德项目为例,从规划挑战、开发策略等方面探讨可持续发展导向下兼顾城市与自然体验的高品质城市住区建设经验。研究结果表明,城市住区质量改进的内涵不仅在于提高其内部居民需求满足程度,更在于通过开发目标的升级、开发策略的创新来实现其所在区域经济、社会、环境等多方价值的全面提升。

Based on the perspective of modern quality management theory, this paper takes Rieselfeld project in Freiburg, a typical representative of large-scale urban residential district in Germany,as an example. Then the paper discusses the high quality urban residential construction experience with both urban and natural experience taken into consideration from the planning challenges,development strategies and other aspects. The results show that the connotation of the quality improvement of urban residential areas lies not only in improving the satisfaction degree of its internal residents’ needs, but also in the upgrading of development goals and the innovation of development strategies so as to realize the comprehensive promotion of regional economic, social,environmental and other values.
