在地安养下社区养老设施户外空间优化研究

Research on Outdoor Space Optimization of Community Elderly Care Facilities Under the Background of Elderly Care in Place

中国已进入人口老龄化发展的井喷期,成都市老年人口比例显著超出全国平均水平。社区养老设施是为了满足老年人在地安养需求,而城区用地紧张,设施户外空间面积小且未得到充分利用。为探究老年人在社区养老设施户外空间的环境需求与行为模式,本文从使用者需求出发,通过对成都社区养老设施的实地调研,分析老年人户外活动类型,并对户外空间进行现状研究,提出了各类型空间在实际使用中的问题,从平面再优化、利用可拆卸装置、人为引导等方面提出优化设计策略,使户外空间满足老年人聚集、停留、交往、徘徊等活动需求。

China has entered a blowout period of population a g i n g, a n d t h e p r o p o r t i o n o f e l d e r l y p e o p l e i n C h e n g d u significantly exceeds the national average. Community elderly care facilities are designed to meet the needs of the elderly in local care,but urban land is scarce, and the outdoor space of the facilities is small and underutilized. To explore the environmental needs and behavior patterns of the elderly in the outdoor space of community elderly care facilities, starting from the needs of users, the field investigation was conducted on Chengdu community elderly care facilities, the types of outdoor activities for the elderly were analyzed, and the status quo of the outdoor space was studied. A series of problems exist in the actual use of various types of spaces by the elderly are analyzed, and the corresponding optimization design strategies are proposed, including plane re-optimization, use of detachable devices, and human guidance, so that outdoor spaces can meet the needs of the elderly to gather, stay, communicate,wander and other activities.
