城市老旧社区适老化改造策略探究——以武汉市关山街道汽发社区为例

Research on the Strategy of Aging-Friendly Transformation of the Old Community: A Case of Qifa Community on Guanshan Street in Wuhan

近年来,武汉市积极推进老旧社区改造,到“十四五”末,武昌区预计完成老旧社区改造282个。本研究从武汉市武昌区老旧社区的典型代表汽发社区的现状出发,通过访谈与现场调研,总结城市老旧社区中现有的问题,依托绿色建筑技术,从场地环境、建筑单体、新能源的利用等多个维度提出适用于汽发社区的适老化改造策略,以期为武汉市乃至整个湖北地区的城市老旧社区适老化改造提供借鉴与参考。

In recent years, Wuhan has been actively promoting the transformation of old communities. By the end of the 14th five-year plan, Wuchang District is expected to complete the renovation of 282old communities. Based on the current situation of Qifa community,which is the typical representative of the old community in Wuchang District in Wuhan, this paper summarizes the existing problems in the old communities through interviews and investigation, and puts forward the aging-friendly transformation strategies suitable for the community from site environment, building unit, and utilization of new energy sources and other aspects with green construction technology, with a view to provide a reference for the aging-friendly transformation of old urban communities in Wuhan and even the whole Hubei province.
