人地协调视角下高原城市生态基础设施规划研究——以西宁市为例 被引量:1

摘要 青海以生态立省,作为国家生态安全屏障的一部分,其生态地位重要而特殊。在生态文明建设的背景下,本研究基于人地关系理论,以生态系统服务供需分别表征人、地系统,运用耦合协调模型和匹配分析,综合构建城市生态基础设施分区优化策略。结果表明,西宁市生态系统服务供需空间分异明显,使得人地关系在不同区域有不同表现。基于此,笔者提出构建核心保护涵养区、农田保育区、生态修复区、适度干预保护区4类优化分区,以指导西宁城市生态规划。研究可为西宁市生态文明建设和青藏高原生态保护工作提供科学支持。 Qinghai province, as a part of the national ecological security barrier, has an important and special ecological status. In the context of ecological civilization construction, based on the theory of man-land relationship, this paper used the coupling coordination model and matching analysis to comprehensively construct the zoning optimization strategy of urban ecological infrastructure,which represented the land system and the human system respectively by the supply and demand of ecosystem services. The results show that there are obvious spatial differences between supply and demand of ecosystem services in Xining city, which results in different performances of man-land relationship in different regions. Based on this, four optimized zones of core conservation area, farmland conservation area, ecological restoration area and moderate intervention protection area are proposed to guide the urban ecological planning of Xining city. The research can provide scientific support for ecological civilization construction of Xining city and ecological protection of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
