摘要
近年来,随着洛阳市的高速发展,人居环境问题日益引起了人们的关注,住区风环境也成了评价居住环境的重要指标。文章通过分析洛阳市住区布局特征,设计归纳出9种典型的住区布局方案,并对住区内部公园区域进行风环境模拟。根据迎风面积比和透风率两个指标,评价冬夏两个工况下住区内部风环境的优劣。结果表明:当北侧为高层建筑时,西南侧应布局小高层或多层建筑,东南侧应布局小高层建筑。在这种布局模式下,住区内部具有良好的风环境。
In recent years, with the rapid construction and development of Luoyang City, the problems in the living environment have attracted increasing attention, and the residential wind environment has also become an important indicator to evaluate the living environment. By analyzing the residential layout characteristics of Luoyang city, 9 kinds of typical residential layout schemes were designed and summarized, and the wind environment was simulated in the internal residential area in the two working conditions in summer and winter. According to the two indexes of windward area ratio and wind permeability, the internal wind environment of the residential area in winter and summer is evaluated. The results show that when the north side is a highrise building, small high-rise or multi-storey buildings should be arranged in the southwest side, and small high-rise buildings should be arranged in the southeast side. In this layout mode, there is a good wind environment inside the residential area.
