摘要
面对老旧住区公共空间优化升级的发展势头,本文立足于羊耳峪西区住宅小区公共活动场所空间划分和附属设施改造升级,利用现场调查、数据统计、图纸分析、文献调查等方法对公共服务设施的布置和使用状态的合理性进行剖析,并运用活动主体创造活动事件,活动事件强化活动场所,活动场所又吸引活动主体的客观规律,研判了小区公共服务设施设置的合理性并提出相关改造优化建议,为后人对老旧社区改造的研究提供借鉴与参考。
In the face of the development momentum of optimization and upgrading of public space in old residential areas,this paper elaborates on the basis of the space division of public venues and the renovation and upgrading of supporting facilities in Yang’eryu West Residential Quarter. It analyzes the rationality of the layout and use of public service facilities with field investigation,data statistics, drawing analysis, literature review and other methods,and uses the objective law that the activity subjects create events,the events strengthens the venues and then the venues attract the activity subjects. The paper studies and judges the rationality of the public service facilities in the community and puts forward relevant suggestions for reconstruction and optimization, providing a reference for the study on the reconstruction of old communities in the future.
