摘要
工业遗产改造项目难度往往高于新建的建筑项目,传统工作模式难以应对日益复杂的改造需求。本研究分析了传统设计模式现存的问题,以问题为导向,结合“BIM+VR”的技术优势,建立信息模型平台,应用于内蒙古工业大学传统建筑博物馆改造项目方案设计、施工图设计和优化调整三个阶段,探讨“BIM+VR”技术在工业遗产改造项目中的具体应用。
The reconstruction projects of industrials tend to be more difficult than new construction projects, and the traditional working mode is hard to meet the increasingly complex reconstruction needs. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the traditional design mode. Oriented by the problems, an information model platform is built and applied to three stages of scheme design, construction drawing design and optimization adjustment of the reconstruction project of the traditional architecture museum in Inner Mongolia University of Technology.The specific application of “BIM+VR” technology in industrial heritage reconstruction project is discussed.
