多胺类内交联水性聚氨酯的制备及应用 被引量:1

摘要 设定R值为1.8,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、自制聚硅氧烷嵌段聚醚为原料,二丁基二月桂酸锡为催化剂,四乙烯五胺为多胺类内交联剂,合成内交联型水性聚氨酯HSi-WPU_((TEPA))。探讨投料方式、四乙烯五胺用量等因素对HSi-WPU_((TEPA))性能的影响,并将其应用于羊毛织物的防缩整理中。结果表明:以先分散后扩链的方式引入四乙烯五胺,且四乙烯五胺与聚氨酯预聚体的物质的量之比为0.6时,HSi-WPU_((TEPA))的成膜性、耐水性和稳定性较好。当HSi-WPU_((TEPA))的含固量为20%,质量浓度为70 g/L时,整理后的羊毛织物防缩效果好,手感无明显变化。 Set the R value to 1.8,internal crosslinking waterborne polyurethane HSi-WPU_((TEPA)) is synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate and self-made polysiloxane block polyether as raw materials,dibutyltin dilaurate as a catalyst,and tetraethylene pentamine as a polyamine internal crosslinking agent,and its application to the shrink proof finishing of wool fabrics is carried out.The effects of feeding mode,tetraethylene pentamine concentration and other factors on the performance of HSi-WPU_((TEPA)) are discussed.The results show that the HSi-WPU_((TEPA)) has good film-forming property,water resistance and stability when tetraethylenepentamine is introduced in the way of dispersion before chain extension,and the molar ratio of TEPA to polyurethane prepolymer is 0.6.When the solid content of HSi-WPU_((TEPA)) is 20%and the mass concentration is 70 g/L,the shrink proof effect of the finished wool fabric is good,and the hand feel has no obvious changes.
