锦纶耐洗亲水整理剂的应用性能 被引量:1

Application performance of hydrophilic finishing agents for polyamide fabrics

摘要 选择3种不同类型的亲水整理剂PA-20、DP-998B、PU306,分别采用浸渍整理工艺和浸轧整理工艺对锦纶进行亲水整理。结果表明,整理剂与酸性染料同浴产生“竞染”而降低染色深度,PA-20整理的锦纶具有更好的耐洗性。与有机硅柔软剂同浴时,柔软剂明显影响PA-20对锦纶的吸附性,温度越高影响越显著。PA-20整理锦纶的优化工艺为:工作液pH=5~7,PA-20质量浓度40 g/L,170℃热定形30 s。聚酰胺亲水整理剂PBA-20和PBA-80的耐久亲水性和毛效明优于亲水整理剂RPU-33的效果。 Three various types of finishing agents including PA-20,DP-998B,and PU306 are selected to carry out hydrophilic finishing of nylon by dipping and padding processes,respectively.The results show that the dyeing depth of acid dye is decreased due to competitive behaviors between the dye and finishing agents,and polyamide-based PA-20 has more durability to washing.In one bath,the silicon softener has great effect on the absorption of PA-20 to the polyamide fiber,especially at high temperature.The optimal finishing parameters are PA-20 concentration of 40 g/L and bath pH 5-7 with heat setting condition at 170℃for 30 s.The durable hydrophilicity of polyamide-based finishing agent PBA-20 and PBA-80 are better than that of hydrophilic finishing agent RPU-33.
