摘要
以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,十六烷基溴化铵为表面活性剂,去离子水为溶剂,尿素为碱性催化剂,在水热条件下制备了树枝纤维介孔二氧化硅(KCC-1)微球,并以三氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为改性剂对其进行改性,制备NH2-KCC-1。利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对KCC-1与NH2-KCC-1进行表征,并考察KCC-1和NH2-KCC-1对结晶紫染料的吸附性能,研究了时间、pH、染料初始质量浓度等条件对染料吸附的影响。结果表明,KCC-1对结晶紫的吸附量仅为40.35 mg/g,而氨基改性后的吸附量为243.82 mg/g,且吸附动力学过程符合拟二级动力学模型,等温吸附过程符合Langmuir模型。
Dendritic fiber mesoporous silica(KCC-1)microspheres are prepared under hydrothermal conditions using ethyl orthosilicate as the silica source,cetylammonium bromide as the surfactant,deionized water as the solvent,and urea as the basic catalyst,and is modified with triaminopropyltrimethoxysilane to prepare NH2-KCC-1.Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)are used to characterize KCC-1 and NH2-KCC-1,and the adsorption properties of KCC-1 and NH2-KCC-1 on Crystalline Violet dyes are investigated,and the effects of conditions such as time,pH and initial concentration are discussed.The results show that the adsorption amount of KCC-1 on Crystalline Violet is only 40.35 mg/g,while the adsorption amount after amino modification is 243.82 mg/g,and the adsorption kinetic process is in accordance with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model,and the isothermal adsorption process is in accordance with the Langmuir model.
