SAPO-34分子筛晶化废液制备羟基磷灰石的研究

摘要 研究了以SAPO-34分子筛晶化废液为原料制备纳米羟基磷灰石的方法,考察了钙投入量和晶化时间对合成羟基磷灰石的影响,并进行了氟离子吸附性能研究。结果表明:SAPO-34分子筛晶化废液与钙源混合后水热环境下能制备出硅铝掺杂的纳米棒状羟基磷灰石,晶化和焙烧有利于羟基磷灰石晶体的最终形成,钙投入量和晶化时间可影响羟基磷灰石的元素组成、结晶度、晶粒形貌及孔道结构,当钙投入量为65 mg/g、晶化时间为5 h时,去除废液中的P、Al和Si效果最佳,制备的硅铝掺杂羟基磷灰石具有良好的氟离子吸附性能。 The preparation of nano-hydroxyapatite from SAPO-34 molecular sieve crystallization waste liquid was studied. The effect of calcium input and crystallization time on the synthesis of hydroxyapatite was investigated, and fluoride ion adsorption performance of the obtained hydroxyapatite was studied. The results showed that silicon aluminum doped nano rod hydroxyapatite could be prepared by mixing SAPO-34 molecular sieve crystallization waste liquid with calcium source under hydrothermal environment. Crystallization and calcination were conducive to the final formation of hydroxyapatite crystals. Calcium input and crystallization time could affect the element composition, crystallinity, crystal morphology and pore structure of the hydroxyapatite. When calcium input was 65 mg/g and crystallization time was 5 h, the removal of P, Al and Si from the crystallization waste liquid was the best, and the prepared silicon aluminum doped hydroxyapatite had good fluoride ion adsorption performance.
