摘要
某石化公司酸性水汽提装置因原料污水水质波动、油含量偏高,造成装置的换热器结垢严重、汽提塔塔盘堵塞,装置处理量降低。针对污水带油引起的设备结垢和堵塞问题,进行了微纳米气泡气浮除油技术的工业应用试验,试验结果表明:微纳米气泡气浮除油技术对酸性水汽提装置的污水具有较好的除油、除悬浮物的效果;在工艺条件为污水流量2.0 t/h、除油剂LC-1质量浓度30 mg/L、除油剂LC-2质量浓度10 mg/L、气泡发生器压力0.40 MPa时,处理效果最佳。
Due to the fluctuation of raw sewage water quality and high oil content in the sour water stripping unit of a petrochemical company, heat exchanger of the unit was severely scaled, the stripper tray was blocked, and treatment capacity of the unit was reduced. In view of the scaling and blockage of the equipment caused by the oily sewage, the industrial application experiment of micro-nano bubble air floatation oil removal technology was carried out. The experiment results showed that the micro-nano bubble air floatation oil removal technology possessed good oil removal and suspended solids removal effect on the sewage of the sour water stripping unit. Under the process conditions of sewage flow 2.0 t/h, oil remover LC-1 mass concentration 30 mg/L, oil remover LC-2 mass concentration 10mg/L, and bubble generator pressure 0.40 MPa, the treatment effect was the best.
