摘要
采用Spherizone工艺,通过调整乙烯含量、控制橡胶相含量,成功开发高光泽聚丙烯树脂EP548G(简称EP548G),并分析其工艺参数、树脂性能及加工应用情况。试验结果表明:EP548G的熔体质量流动速率(2.16 kg负荷)为26.1 g/(10 min)、弯曲模量为1 230 MPa、简支梁缺口冲击强度(23℃)为8.3 kJ/m^(2),简支梁缺口冲击强度(-20℃)为3.8 kJ/m^(2),光泽度为82.5%,各项指标满足开发要求。其中,EP548G的光泽度比传统聚丙烯产品提高25%。
High gloss polypropylene resin EP548G(EP548G for short) was successfully developed by Spherizone process through adjusting ethylene content and controlling rubber phase content, and the process parameters, resin properties, processing and application were analyzed. The test results showed that the melt mass flow rate(2.16 kg load) of EP548G was 26.1 g/(10 min), the bending modulus was 1 230 MPa, the notched impact strength(23 ℃) of simply supported beam was 8.3 kJ/m^(2), the notched impact strength(-20 ℃) of simply supported beam was 3.8 kJ/m^(2), and the glossiness was 82.5%. All performance indexes met the development requirements, the glossiness of EP548G was 25% higher than that of traditional polypropylene products.
