橡胶污水处理场外排水提质研究

STUDY ON QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF THE OFF-SITE DRAINAGE IN THE RUBBER WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT

摘要 针对某橡胶污水场外排水化学需氧量(COD)偏高,不能满足现行排放标准的问题,以二沉池出水为研究对象,采用芬顿氧化法进行深度处理,考察了影响污水COD去除率的因素,并完成了中试连续试验。结果表明:采用芬顿氧化法处理污水场二沉池出水,当污水pH值为3.20、H_(2)O_(2)与Fe^(2+)质量浓度比为3∶1、H_(2)O_(2)投加量为198 mg/L、反应时间为3 h时,出水COD由102~121 mg/L降至51~58 mg/L,平均去除率为51.4%,工艺运行稳定,满足国标直排要求。 In view of the problem the chemicd oxggen demand(COD) of the waste water dischorged outside the rubber plant was too high to meet the current discharge standard, drainage of the secondary sedimentation tank was selected as research object, advanced treatment was executed by Fenton oxidation method, factors affecting COD removal rate of the drainage were investigated and the continuous scale-up experiment experiment was completed. The results showed that when pH value was 3.2, mass concentration ratio of H_(2)O_(2) to Fe^(2+) was 3∶1, dosage of H_(2)O_(2) was 198 mg/L, the reaction time was 3 h, COD of the effluent was reduced from 102-121 mg/L to 51-58 mg/L, and the average removal rate was 51.4%. Operation of the drainage treatment process was stable, which met the national standard for direct discharge.
