摘要
对甲基叔丁基醚装置下游20 kt/a 1-丁烯回收装置建立数学模型,并分别模拟塔顶气体直接压缩式和塔釜液体闪蒸再沸式两种热泵精馏工艺。通过常规精馏和两种热泵精馏工艺对比可知:塔釜液体闪蒸再沸式热泵精馏工艺更适合1-丁烯回收装置。在装置规模一定的情况下,与常规精馏相比,塔釜液体闪蒸再沸式热泵精馏工艺可节约能耗81.87%,能源费用可降低28.62%。
A mathematical model was established for the 20 kt/a 1-butene unit, which was located downstream of the methyl tert butyl ether unit. Two kinds of heat pump distillation processes of the overhead gas direct compression type and the tower bottom liquid flash reboiled type were simulated respectively. The comparison results between conventional distillation and two heat pump distillation processes showed that the tower bottom liquid flash reboiled heat pump distillation process was more suitable for 1-butene unit. Under the condition of certain unit scale, comparing with conventional distillation, energy consumption and energy cost of the unit could be reduced by 81.71% and 28.62% respectively.
