精制水装置再生系统的技术改造

摘要 介绍精制水装置再生系统以盐酸替代硫酸的技术改造情况。改造后运行数据表明:标准离子水耗均值下降40.9%、出水电导率在1.0μs/cm左右、阳离子交换树脂再生周期时间缩短31 min,减少废酸中和水40 kt/a、硫酸钙沉淀物200 t/a,装置运行稳定,经济效益和环保效益显著。 The technical transformation on regeneration system of the refinery water plant by replacing sulfuric acid with hydrochloric acid was introduced. The operation data after the transformation showed that average consumption of the standard ionic water was decreased by 40.9%, average conductivity of the outlet water was about 1.0 μs/cm, regeneration period of the cation exchange resin was shortened by 31 min, the neutralization water using to treat waste acid was reduced by 40 kt/a, and the calcium sulfate precipitate was reduced by 200 t/a. The operation of the plant was stable, economic and environmental protection benefit was significant.
