涡流和内窥镜检测技术在换热器管束腐蚀检测中的应用

摘要 针对炼油企业换热器管束出现腐蚀、泄露等问题后缺乏现场检测手段,提供了一种实用的换热器管束检测方法。该方法先通过涡流检测的快速定位功能确定管束内壁出现腐蚀的部位,再利用内窥镜观察腐蚀部位的具体情况,有效融合了无损检测技术中涡流和内窥镜检测各自的优点,为换热器的腐蚀原因分析和预估使用寿命提供了技术支持。 In view of the lack of on-site inspection methods for corrosion and leakage of the heat exchanger tube bundles in oil refining enterprises, a practical inspection method for heat exchanger tube bundles was provided. This method firstly determined corrosion position on inner wall of the tube bundle by quick positioning function of the eddy current inspection, and then specific situation of the corrosion position was observed by endoscopic, which effectively integrated the respective advantages of eddy current and endoscopic in the nondestructive inspection technology, and provided technical support for analysis of corrosion causes and estimation of service life of the heat exchanger.
