基于CiteSpace针灸治疗便秘知识图谱可视化分析

CiteSpace-based visualization analysis of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment constipation knowledge atlas

目的:分析国内采用针灸治疗便秘的研究现状、热点及前沿趋势,总结并梳理本领域知识结构,为针灸治疗便秘的研究和发展提供参考。方法:检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学数据库,收集1990年1月1日—2022年3月7日针灸治疗便秘相关文献,统计发文量、作者、发文机构和关键词情况,利用CiteSpace 5.7.R5软件绘制作者、机构合作、关键词共现图、聚类图、突现词表,分析针灸治疗便秘研究现状和热点。结果:共纳入符合要求的文献2286篇,发文量随着时间增长呈现上升趋势;发文作者以刘志顺、丁曙晴和孙建华为主;研究机构以南京中医药大学、成都中医药大学、辽宁中医药大学和山东中医药大学为主;形成图谱后共有701个关键词被纳入,其中有10个关键词出现频次≥87次;便秘、功能性便秘、电针、中风和临床观察是针灸治疗便秘的研究热点;帕金森病、中医外治法、穴位敷贴、Meta分析以及中风后便秘是针灸治疗便秘近年来的研究前沿。结论:针灸治疗便秘领域具有较大的研究前景,但存在跨机构、跨地区合作联系较为分散的问题。今后,应加强研究机构间的合作,开展高质量、深层次的临床研究和基础研究。

Objective:Analyze the research status,hot spots and frontier trends of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of constipation in China,summarize and sort out the knowledge structure in this field,and provide reference for the research and development of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of constipation.Methods:CNKI,Weibo database,Wanfang data knowledge service platform,and China Biomedical database were retrieved,the relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of constipation were collected from January 1,1990 to March 7,2022.T The number of papers,authors,institutions and keywords were counted,and the use of CiteSpace 5.7.R5 software to draw author,institution cooperation,keyword co-occurrence map,cluster map,and highlighted word list to analyze the current situation and hot spots of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of constipation.make statistics on the number of articles,authors,institutions and keywords,CiteSpace 5.7.R5 software was used to draw author,institutional cooperation,keyword co-occurrence diagram,cluster diagram,and emergent word list to analyze the current situation and hotspot of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of constipation.Results:A total of 2286 eligible documents were included,and the number of published documents increased with time.The authors were mainly Liu Zhishun,Ding Shuqing and Sun Jianhua.The research institutions were mainly Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.After the formation of the map,a total of 701 keywords were included,of which 10 keywords appeared≥87 times.Functional constipation,electroacupuncture,stroke and clinical observation were the research hotspots of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of constipation.Parkinson′s disease,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,acupoint application,meta-analysis and post-stroke constipation were the research frontiers of acupuncture treatment of constipation in recent years.Conclusions:Acupuncture and moxibustion has a great research prospect in the field of constipation,but there is a problem that the cooperation between institutions and regions is relatively scattered.In the future,cooperation between research institutions should be strengthened to carry out high-quality and in-depth clinical research and basic research.
