摘要 针对熔融沉积成型(FDM)3D打印机打印产品颜色单一的问题,该文研发了一款由多个送料机构相互配合,通过PLC控制喷头模组切换喷头的FDM多色3D打印机。通过搭建整机实验平台进行三维模型产品打印测试,测试使用0.4 mm直径的喷头,设置挤出层高0.1 mm、打印速度120 mm/s,以蓝、绿、黄、橙4种颜色丝状PLA耗材作为原料,实验结果表明该3D打印机可以精确、稳定地完成多色模型的快速成型打印,为FDM多色3D打印提供了新的思路。 Aiming at the problem of single color of fused deposition modeling(FDM) 3D printer printing products, this paper developed a FDM multi-color 3D printer with multiple feeding mechanisms cooperating with each other and switching nozzles through PLC control nozzle module. The printing test of three-dimensional model products was carried out by setting up the experimental platform of the whole machine. The test used a nozzle with a diameter of 0.4 mm, set the extrusion layer height of 0.1 mm, and the printing speed was 120 mm/s.The blue, green, yellow and orange colored filamentous PLA consumables were used as raw materials. The experimental results show that the 3D printer can accurately and stably complete the rapid prototyping printing of multi-color models, which provides a new idea for FDM multi-color 3D printing.
