摘要
分析仪器可靠性对产品的性能、稳定性与品牌意义重大,已经成为影响国产仪器企业长远发展的重要因素。该文从规范现场管理、优化供应链管理、建立可靠性规范制度和提升实物样机可靠性等4个方面综述了分析仪器可靠性提升工程的探索与举措,并结合气相色谱仪设计案例,探讨了可靠性优化设计在产品研制过程中的运用。基于多个产品型号的可靠性工程实践表明,全员参与、全生命周期保障的可靠性提升工程,能够有效提升产品可靠性和稳定性,有助于提升企业品牌影响力,促进国产分析仪器长足发展。
The reliability of analytical instruments is critial to product performance, stability and brand, and has become an essential factor in affecting the long-term development of domestic manufacturing enterprises. This paper reviews the exploration of the reliability improvement project of analytical instruments from 4 aspects:standardizing workshop management, optimizing supply chain management, establishing reliability standard system and improving reliability of prototypes. In addition, reliability optimization design was discussed based on the case of gas chromatograph design. The practice of several products shows that the reliability improvement project with full participation and full dimension guarantee can quickly and effectively improve product reliability and stability, enhance the influence of enterprise brand, and promote the long-term development of domestic analytical instruments.
