贵州岩溶地区石土地漠化现状与动态变化研究——以六枝特区为例

Present Situation and Dynamic Variation of Rocky Desertification in Karst Area of Guizhou Province——Taking Liuzhi Special Economic District as an Example

为全面了解六枝特区石漠化土地状况及动态变化情况,对比分析了第三次石漠化监测数据和此次调查数据。结果显示:六枝特区石漠化程度以中度和重度石漠化为主;演变类型主要为明显改善型,稳定型次之;石漠化面积减少了35905.7487 hm^(2)。针对六枝特区石漠化现状,提出了以下几点建议:(1)在原石漠化治理基础上进一步推进林业生态工程建设,着力恢复植被;(2)大力推进新技术,新方法和新成果的应用,以便及时掌握石漠化新动态;(3)一方面要加大普法教育和宣传力度,增强广大群众法律意识;另一方面要加强执法队伍建设,提高执法能力;(4)积极引导社会主体参与石漠化防治,积极推进石漠化荒山荒地的承包与治理,依法保障治理者的合法权益。

In order to comprehensively understand the status and dynamic changes of rock desertification in Liuzhi Special District, this paper compared and analyzed the third monitoring data of rock desertification with the survey data. The results show that the degree of rock desertification in Liuzhi Special District is mainly moderate and severe. The main evolution type is obvious improvement type, followed by stable type. The rocky desertification area decreased by 35905.7487hm^(2). In view of the present situation of the rocky desertification in Liuzhi Special District, the following suggestions are put forward:(1) On the basis of the original rocky desertification control, the construction of forestry ecological engineering should be further promoted to restore vegetation;(2) The application of new technologies, new methods and new achievements should be vigorously promoted in order to timely grasp the new developments of rocky desertification;(3) On the one hand, legal education and publicity should be strengthened to enhance the general public’s legal awareness;On the other hand, the construction of law enforcement team should be strengthened to improve law enforcement ability;(4) The government should actively guide the main body of society to participate in the prevention and control of rocky desertification, actively promote the contracting and management of rocky desertification wasteland, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of those who govern it according to law.
