摘要
由于敌草隆的代谢产物3,4-二氯苯胺表现出比母体农药更高的毒性。以敌草隆及其代谢物为研究对象,通过构建室内微宇宙体系,持续监测水体理化参数的变化,探究了敌草隆和代谢物对水质参数的影响。研究结果表明:敌草隆对水体的产氧量、耗氧量、电导率和pH值均会产生影响;且经过分析得到敌草隆对体系产氧和耗氧产生负相关效应,对体系电导率和pH值产生正相关效应;DCA对体系的产氧、耗氧和pH值会产生影响;对这三相水质均产生正相关效应。
Diuron, a widely used herbicide, has sparked widespread concern about its impact on aquatic ecosystems. The metabolite of Diuron, 3,4-dichloroaniline, was found to be more toxic than the parent pesticide. The research object in this paper was diuron and its metabolites, and an indoor micro-universe system was built to continuously monitor the changes in physical and chemical parameters of water, in order to investigate the influence of diuron and its metabolites on water quality parameters. The results show that diuron has an effect on water’s oxygen production, consumption, conductivity, and pH. According to the analysis, diuron has a negative correlation effect on the system’s oxygen production and consumption, and a positive correlation effect on the system’s conductivity and pH. DCA will have an effect on the system’s oxygen production, oxygen consumption, and pH. It correlates positively with the water quality of these three phases.
